OceanMaster MARINECOAT UNDERCOAT Quick Reference Guide

Surfacing undercoat with water resistance properties for above waterline applications. High opacity and good film build effectively hide substrate and level up minor surface imperfection.

For Use On : Boat hulls after fairing, steel and aluminium after priming, or directly on fibreglass and timber. Provides excellent base for OceanMaster Marinecoat Topcoat and other similar coatings.

Application Method : Product designed for application by spray, roller or brush.
Wet Film Thickness : 90 microns
Dry Film Thickness : 42 microns

Thinner : T100 or T600

Two Component  
OceanMaster POLYGUARD POLYURETHANE UNDERCOAT Quick Reference Guide
A two-pack fast cure, easy sanding and high performance undercoat. Formulated for use as an undercoat under the Polygloss polyurethane topcoat or other premium quality finishes.

For Use On : Final surfacing undercoat for marine topsides prior to applying a polyurethane topcoat. High build sanding surface to remove orange peel, brush marks and scratches. Applied on suitably prepared and primed aluminium and steel. Directly on sanded GRP, epoxy laminated substrates and fibreglass weave filling.
Application Method : Product designed for application by spray, roller or brush.

Dry Film Thickness : 50 microns

OceanMaster EVERGUARD 38 Quick Reference Guide
Two-Pack polyamide cured epoxy gloss finish with high chemical and abrasion resistance properties. Cleans easily for reduced maintenance. May be applied directly onto fiberglass gelcoat, epoxy orpolyurethane undercoat.

For Use On : Bilges, lockers and bulkheads.
Not recommended for exterior surfaces to sunlight.

Application Method : Product designed for application by airless, air spray, brush/roll.

Two-pack epoxy undercoat for use above and below waterline. With an application of two coats, Everguard will provide additional depth of colour and durability to the finished surface. Suitable undercoat prior to the application of Polygloss Topcoat and all OceanMaster antifouling.

For Use On : Boat hulls after fairing, steel and aluminium after priming, or directly on fibreglass and timber. All marine situations prior to topcoating or antifouling.
